According to Swedish legislation, we must follow clear rules regarding how much we can load in our moving trucks. To maintain traffic safety and avoid overloading and fines, the total weight must not exceed 3,500 kg. This limit also includes the vehicle's curb weight.
We always make a careful assessment of the load's weight to ensure we stay within legal limits. If we notice that the total load risks exceeding this weight limit, we may need to use an extra vehicle to transport all your belongings. Another alternative is that we carry out the transport in two trips and return to collect the remaining goods. Both of these solutions, however, require additional resources in terms of time, personnel and fuel, which entails an extra cost. We always inform you in advance of any additional costs and work to find the most efficient solution for your move, while complying with laws and regulations for safe transport. If you have any complaints after the service has been performed, please notify us no later than 7 days. This enables us to quickly handle the matter and ensure it is properly addressed. After this 7-day period, we unfortunately cannot process complaints and we therefore ask for your cooperation in notifying us in time.

To ensure a smooth and safe move, we carefully plan the loading based on available space. If the entire moving load does not fit in one vehicle, we may need to use an extra vehicle or divide the move into several trips. This may result in additional costs for time, personnel and fuel, which we always inform about in advance. Our goal is to find the most efficient solution for your move without compromising quality or safety.
Sometimes traffic can affect the arrival time we have specified; should this happen, we will call to inform you of any delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We understand that security is important when you let us handle your belongings. We have liability insurance that covers damage caused by us. For us, the safety and careful handling of your belongings is our highest priority. We work meticulously and with great responsibility to minimize risks during both moving and transport. Should an accident nevertheless occur, we have insurance that covers any damage to what we are transporting. If anything should get damaged, we will handle the matter promptly and in consultation with you and our insurance company to find a solution. Our liability insurance is with Trygg-Hansa.
A booking is considered a telephone or email approval of the quote for price and date of the move. The booking is binding and can be rescheduled by the customer via telephone or email to us at no extra cost no later than 2 days before the agreed date. Rescheduling the day before the agreed date will be charged 50% of the total cost. Cancellation made between 2-7 days before the agreed date will be charged 50% of the total cost. Cancellation made 1 day before the agreed date will be charged 100% of the total cost.
