General Cancellation Policy:
In order to offer the best possible service to all our customers, we ask you to carefully read our cancellation policy for our services. these conditions apply to all of our services including carrying assistance, moving assistance, moving cleaning and furniture assembly.
Cancellation More than 24 Hours in Advance:
If you need to cancel a booked service and do so more than 24 hours before the agreed time, no cancellation fee will be charged. Contact us at [email protected], or call 010-330 55 44 to cancel your service. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation.
Cancellation Less than 24 Hours in Advance:
In case of cancellation that takes place less than 24 hours before the agreed service time, we charge a cancellation fee corresponding to 10% of the total cost of the service. This is to cover administrative costs and possible losses for our business.
To cancel a service, please contact our customer service at [email protected] or call 010-330 55 44. Enter your contact details and details about the service you want to cancel. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation and inform you of any fees that may apply.
Exception:

Some visual components of WP Go Maps use third-party libraries that are loaded over the network. Currently the libraries are Google Maps, Open Street Map, jQuery DataTables and FontAwesome. When resources are loaded over a network, the third-party server will receive your IP address and user agent string, among other things. WP Go Maps uses jQuery DataTables to display sortable, searchable tables, like the one shown in the Advanced Marker Listing and on the Map Edit page. jQuery DataTables uses a cookie under certain circumstances to save and later recall the "state" of a given table - that is, the search term, sort column and order, and current page. This data is stored in local storage and preserved until it is manually deleted. No libraries used by WP Go Maps transfer this information.
